2. Data we collect
When you use the booking contact form, you may share the following data:
- Full name
- Event date
- Event city
- Event type
- Capacity or number of guests
- Message or details of your request
- Any other data you choose to include (such as email or phone)
3. How we collect your data
Data is collected when you choose to send a request: when you press the WhatsApp button, the form data is stored in a spreadsheet so we can follow up on your request, and the form builds a message and opens your WhatsApp app so you can send it to our management number.
We may also receive data if you write to us directly by WhatsApp, email or phone.
4. Purposes of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Respond to your information or availability request
- Quote the requested show or product
- Coordinate the logistics of a booked event
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations where applicable
5. Where data is stored and who it is shared with
Form data is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for the purpose of managing and following up on your request; you may request its deletion at any time (see section 7). The message lives on your device and, once sent, in the WhatsApp conversation. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States), so your data is transferred under that service's terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not send newsletters or mass communications.
6. Data subject rights (ARCO)
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:
- Know, access and request a copy of your data (Access)
- Request correction of inaccurate data (Rectification)
- Request deletion of your data when no longer needed (Cancellation)
- Object to the processing of your data (Opposition)
- Revoke at any time the authorization you have granted us
7. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your rights by messaging us on WhatsApp at +57 300 718 8622 or emailing [PENDING — contact email]. We will handle your request as established by Law 1581 of 2012.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) of Colombia at www.sic.gov.co.
9. Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect the information in our possession. We retain data only as long as necessary to handle your request and comply with legal obligations.
10. Minors
The booking services on this site are not directed at minors. If you share a minor's data, you declare that you have their authorization or that of their legal guardian.
